A medical student plans to live with his aloof best friend independently only to discover that moving out is not as easy as he had imagined.

At 22, Kristaps still lives with his father, and their relationship is far from perfect. Every conversation turns into an argument because both men refuse to be open - Kristaps does not talk about his homosexuality, his father about his new relationship and how he appreciates his son's presence. The impetus to change comes when Kristaps meets his boss, Marek, who in Kristaps' eyes symbolises freedom.

A freewheeling cinematic experience, this film is the work of two filmmakers who relate their perceptions of each other through their respective animation techniques. Images and words are paired in startling associations. Each does a visual portrait of the other, based on characteristic gestures and impressions. A combination of techniques and materials produces a film of rich visual texture shaped by the hands and heads of two very different people.
